If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund via PayPal or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You must email us at sales@lakaydesigns.com

You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date it is delivered to you. You may also exchange any purchase up to 30 days after receiving it. If you return it within 15 days, we will pay for the shipping. If you return in the 30 day time period, you must pay for this shipping.

Exceptions: Bedding or comforter sets. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
